How to Lose Weight Post-Quarantine, a mental health approach
Let’s face it, a lot of us have gained weight or have struggled to maintain our weight the past year.
With the extra time spent online, it was easy to fall into hours of watching others care for themselves while falling into a pattern of neglecting our own selves. Whether your go-to guilty pleasure is Facebook, TikTok, or the daily news we’re all susceptible to wasting hours of our time daily focusing on other things, that most times lead us to be stressed.
This past year has given me a lot of time to reflect on not only my physical health but also my mental health. Let’s be real: It’s hard to “hate yourself” into being healthy. So I ditched a lot of the “weight loss” hacks and mentalities and kind of developed my own. I hope my experience can help you find peace in the home you call your body. ♡
